 Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
- To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must provide an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at jainsattva@gmail.com. 
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
- No opening video is provided.
- Product is damaged after delivery.
- Customized items (unless damaged during shipping).
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
- If your item is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement of the same item.
- We do not offer refunds on such cases unless the item is out of stock.
 Custom Orders
- For customized resin frames or idols, you must pay 50% advance at the time of order confirmation.
- Once production starts, the advance is non-refundable.
- Replacements will only be offered if the product is damaged during transit (with opening video proof).
- If your return is approved (as per the conditions above), and the item is not replaceable:
- The refund will be issued via your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
 
We do not refund for:
- Items on sale or offers
- Delays due to courier or delivery partners
- Items returned without proper proof
